His career spans engineering, sales, marketing, large-scale R&D, manufacturing, and general management—culminating in executive roles at the highest levels of some of the world’s most respected technology companies.
He has held positions including Chairman, CEO, COO, Regional President, and Director, with full P&L responsibility for businesses generating over US$10 billion in annual revenue and employing more than 40,000 people. His leadership has extended across more than 40 countries, managing diverse teams and operations in Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.
A strategic operator with deep commercial acumen, Mike has consistently delivered growth and transformation in highly competitive and rapidly evolving markets. He is known for his ability to align emerging technologies—including AI and next-generation computing—with business strategy, operational efficiency, and profitability.
